All Instumax® products are precision-engineered for professional use only. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges they are a qualified practitioner or authorized distributor. We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use of our instruments by untrained individuals.
2. Quality & Instrument Care
Our instruments are manufactured using high-grade surgical stainless steel. To ensure longevity and corrosion resistance, users must follow standard professional protocols for cleaning, drying, and sterilization. Damage caused by improper maintenance is not covered under warranty.
3. Custom Branding & Rights
Bespoke Branding: All OEM and custom-branded orders are final sale once the digital mockup is approved and production begins. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Property Rights: All content, logos, and the “Instumax®” trademark are protected. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Instumax® shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from clinical applications. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund value of the specific instrument purchased.
